MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced the Wisconsin Invasive Species Council will host a series of virtual information sessions regarding proposed revisions to the state’s Invasive Species Identification, Classification and Control Rule (ch. NR 40, Wis. Adm. Code).

Proposed changes to the bylaws were approved by the membership at a special meeting held December 14, 2023. Forty-five members voted in favor of the changes with no opposing votes. These changes were needed in order to be eligible for grants offered by the Wisconsin DNR. You can view the new bylaws here.
